Miss Interpret Eng - English

Ever get the feeling you are misinterpreting a music video, film, a speech or a written text?  Is it the other way round - you aren’t sure if your expression of ideas will be misinterpreted?  Miss.Interpret will provide you with  bite sized strategies that allow you to be in control making and creating meaning out of visual, oral and written works.

  • Master reading comprehension techniques, sharpen your text analysis skills, and enhance your creative and formal writing abilities.

Once a student makes their selections and confirms these, any changes must be accompanied by a letter of support from Whanau and are subject to available spaces in courses. 

All Junior Bilingual students must select the literacy and numeracy modules in the language of their pathway each trimester and one other integrated language module  (3 out of 4 of their modules must be bilingual).

All senior Bilingual students must take all modules available in the language of their pathway.
