Courses Description

Head of Pathway: Ms R. Eveleigh.

In maths you will be exploring Algebra patterns (linear) pattern, table, formula, (graph). Graphs tell stories.

You will have the opportunity to explore numeracy through food technology solving real life problems and application in the kitchen. You will be researching festive foods from different cultures and occasions. You can design and create a festive food outcome for a group of people then cook it for 2-4 persons.

When cooking you will become familiar with the different measures used and the correct equipment.

This course will result in you getting  opportunities to practise food hygiene, teamwork and making your food outcome appealing.

All Junior Bilingual students must select the literacy and numeracy modules in the language of their pathway each trimester and one other integrated language module  (3 out of 4 of their modules must be bilingual).

All senior Bilingual students must take all modules available in the language of their pathway.
