Survivor - Mathematics and Physics

2SURV2MS
Courses Description

Head of Pathway: Ms M. Yelkur.

OUTWIT OUTPLAY OUTLAST: SURVIVOR!

In this maths and physics module you will learn the maths you need to coordinate maps and directions, and the physics you need to survive a harsh physical landscape. Why would you be learning such intense skills you ask? Because this is SCIENCE SURVIVOR and you will need these skills to get through challenges and lead your tribe to victory!

This module will cover mechanics (the physics of how everyday life, motion, and forces work) and co-ordinate geometry. Useful not just for surviving the jungle, but also for anyone interested in practical work (trades, mechanics), engineering and design (engineering, architecture), medicine (forces at play in the human body), sports (the forces and motion of sport), and lots of other areas of study.
