Te Ara Tikanga

This pathway covers our Social Science curriculum area.

It is part of our Rātou (Others) strand that covers real-world context-based knowledge with an engaging and flexible approach to all curriculum areas. It is designed so that students can carry out activities and solve problems in a way that reflects the nature of such tasks in the real world. Students can select contexts that interest them and investigate and discover new learning. This strand focuses on mana motuhake and ensures that our akonga are also empowered academically.
