What You Will Learn

  • In the "Natural Numbers" module, you'll dive into how maths meets science. You'll learn to plan investigations, understand data with statistics, and explore probability with two-way tables and chance outcomes. Discover life processes with MRS GREN, study cell functions, and investigate how organisms adapt to their ecosystems. You'll also delve into DNA, genes, and evolution, and explore New Zealand's unique biodiversity and evolution basics.

In This Course You Will...

  • Conduct statistical and probabilistic investigations related to scientific contexts.

Once a student makes their selections and confirms these, any changes must be accompanied by a letter of support from Whanau and are subject to available spaces in courses. 

All Junior Bilingual students must select the literacy and numeracy modules in the language of their pathway each trimester and one other integrated language module  (3 out of 4 of their modules must be bilingual).

All senior Bilingual students must take all modules available in the language of their pathway.
