Miss Judge Eng - English
The English language, whether spoken, written, heard or seen is a process where one can form judgements, conclusions too about a range of texts, about people, in fact. Weighing up the positives and the negatives, we become better judges of language at work around us. How does register, tone, structure of language affect judgement of others, of self? Reinforce skills to establish your version of being a good judge - of character, purpose, audience and technique. The “English” Learning Area’s whakataukī is: Ko te reo te tuakiri. Ko te reo tōku ahurei. Ko te reo te ora. Language is my identity. Language is my uniqueness. Language is life. Enjoy!

All Junior Bilingual students must select the literacy and numeracy modules in the language of their pathway each trimester and one other integrated language module (3 out of 4 of their modules must be bilingual).
All senior Bilingual students must take all modules available in the language of their pathway.
