2GENE1ES

Genetic Conspiracies - English and Biology

Courses Description

Head of Pathway: Ms L. Neveling.

In "Genetic Conspiracies," we unlock the hidden codes that govern life itself. Unravel the enigmatic language of genes and discover the astounding potential of gene editing, where the very fabric of existence can be rewritten.

But is rewriting our genetic code the next step? The very core of human existence allows us to be our own unique person, born with dignity and the chance to grow into anything - an athlete, an architect, or even an astronaut! But what if your genes controlled your destiny? Our film study, GATTACA will allow us to analyse how much control we should have over our very DNA.

Join us on a captivating journey through the twists and turns of DNA, the blueprint of all living beings.
