Courses Description

Head of Pathway: Ms R. Eveleigh.

You will read the play Fresh off the Boat by Oscar Kightley. You will explore the function of theatre in Aotearoa, especially Pacifica Theatre. Drama will complete the 1.1(91940) assessment which will be performing a 2-4 minute  extract from the play, Fresh off the Boat (5 credits). 

Students will study a visual OR written text that will explore the relationship between specific aspects of the text and the author/ director’s purpose following the theme of ‘Belonging’. 1.2 (5 credits)
